Mr. Avila currently serves as a project manager for construction materials testing projects. Mr. Avila has over 10 years of experience in construction materials testing. He has worked on a wide array of projects including, multi-story medical research facilities, schools, roadways, landfills, earthen dams, retaining walls, residences, industrial office parks, municipal capital improvements projects, churches, multi-story buildings and parking garages, hotels, large warehouses, and numerous commercial/retail facilities. Project manager duties include participating in pre-construction meetings, developing and monitoring project budgets, verifying specifications and frequency of testing are in accordance with project documents, review and editing of final reports, and reconciling invoices prior to submittal to the client. Mr. Avila also provide oversight for the dispatcher to ensure the project schedule is met.
