Mr. Lester currently serves as a senior project manager for the construction materials testing projects. Mr. Lester has over 30 years of experience in construction materials testing, geotechnical testing, environmental remediation and geotechnical/environmental field logging. He has worked on a wide array of projects including, multi-story medical research facilities, schools, roadways, landfills, earthen dams, retaining walls, residences, industrial office parks, municipal capital improvements projects, churches, multi-story buildings and parking garages, hotels, large warehouses, and numerous commercial/retail facilities. Project manager duties include participating in pre-construction meetings, developing and monitoring project budgets, verifying specifications and frequency of testing are in accordance with project documents, review and editing of final reports, and reconciling invoices prior to submittal to the client.
