Mr. Lutz graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas in fall of 2019 and has worked in the geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing and inspection, and geology/hydrogeology fields since 2019. Mr. Lutz performs geotechnical engineering investigations and project management for a variety of single-family and multi-family residential buildings, pedestrian and vehicular bridges, new buildings and building additions, housing subdivisions, retaining structures, utility structures and line excavation and installations, elevated and ground-supported storage tanks, parks and other recreational facilities, and rigid and flexible pavement projects.
